The workshop was held at VSL last 4th of June 2013. The workshop was attended by more than 30 representatives of metrology institutes, gas producers, manufacturers of analytical instruments and purification systems, air monitoring networks and standardisation organisations.  

The issues addressed were:

• Assessment approaches / Analytical methods
• Relevance of improved zero gas versus economic impact
